Since 2009 we have been providing services in the name of MAYGOLD and have positioned ourselves as an international fiduciary providing services such as accounting, tax advice, payroll, corporate administration etc. However, the roots of MAYGOLD date back even further.

In 1992, respectively 1996, Raphael Wyss and Fiorentino (Tino) Parente joined one of the world's largest commodity trading group in Zug and worked for the group in various positions. Both partners gained a vast experience in the service of financial- and commodity accounting and corporate administration. Unexpectedly and sadly, Tino Parente passed away in June 2016. Leaving him his place in our hearts, MAYGOLD will continue its services as reliable and professional as before.

MAYGOLD is providing comprehensive support to entities, family offices and private individuals. With our modular approach and our extensive knowledge, we offer support in a specific area or a wide range of services.

Our service line includes back office functions, controlling activities and strategic planning and reporting, human resource functions, secretarial work, etc. We provide our services in:

Accounting: financial and cost accounting, consolidation, preparation of financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), SWISS GAAP FER as well as International Accounting Standards IFRS

Controlling: economic analyses, development of management information systems (MIS), internal control systems (ICS), and investment analyses

Corporate Administration:management of corporations, foundations and trusts

Asset Administration and Investment Reporting: services in respect of back office activities as well as individual investment reporting for clients

Commodity Administration: services in respect of commodity accounting

Salary Administration: consulting and salary administration, payroll accounting

Tax Consulting: tax consulting and tax representation services are provided in close cooperation with external tax specialist

Corporate Structures: incorporations, conversion of legal form, setting up companies in Switzerland in close cooperation with lawyers

Family Office Services: together with our partners, we offer modular family office services, covering asset structuring through, tax and legal advice, real estate consulting, consolidation as well as equity interests and asset reporting

Legal Advice: legal advice is outsourced, depending on the need of service
