In dieser verantwortungsvollen Führungsposition übernimmst du gemeinsam mit einer weiteren Führungskraft die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für einen Engineering-Sektor. Du steuerst anspruchsvolle Mandate, entwickelst das Geschäft national und international weiter und prägst als Mitglied des Management-Teams aktiv die Zukunft der Organisation.
Verantwortung
Gemeinsame strategische und operative Führung eines Sektors im Co-Management-Modell
Sicherstellung der qualitativen, technischen und finanziellen Performance von Mandaten und Projekten
Aktive Akquisition neuer Aufträge sowie Beitrag zur Geschäftsentwicklung in der Schweiz und im Ausland
Führung, Entwicklung und Wachstum der Teams durch Förderung von Zusammenarbeit, Vertrauen und Eigenverantwortung
Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen, Partner und institutionelle Stakeholder
Mitgestaltung der Unternehmensstrategie und Weiterentwicklung der Organisation auf Management-Ebene
Qualifikationen
Hochschulabschluss in Bauingenieurwesen, Wasserbau oder einem verwandten Ingenieurstudium (ETH/FH/UNI)
Zusätzliche Qualifikationen in Management, Finanzen und Leadership / People Management
Fundierte technische Expertise im Bereich Wasserkraftwerke, wasserbauliche Anlagen oder Untertagbau
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Leitung komplexer Mandate
Ausgeprägtes rechtliches, finanzielles und vertragliches Verständnis für die ganzheitliche Mandatsführung
Entscheidungsstarke, pragmatische Führungspersönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Italienisch und Englisch, gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer weiteren Landessprache
Bereitschaft zu kurzen Geschäftsreisen im In- und Ausland

As Co-Head of Hydropower and Hydraulic Engineering, you will jointly take charge of the strategic and operational management of the business division. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex projects, support the development of your teams and, as a member of the management team, play an active role in shaping the future of the company.
Verantwortung
Joint strategic and operational leadership of the business division under a co-management structure
Ensuring the qualitative, technical and financial performance of client engagements and projects
Acquiring new contracts and actively developing the business in Switzerland and internationally
Fostering and developing the teams through a culture of collaboration, trust and personal responsibility
Participation in the management team and active involvement in shaping corporate strategy
Supporting and advising clients, partners and institutional stakeholders
Responsibility for the successful management of complex projects and mandates
Qualifikationen
A degree in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering or a comparable engineering discipline (ETH, university of applied sciences or university)
Additional qualifications in management, finance, leadership or people management
Substantial experience in planning and managing complex projects in the field of hydropower and hydraulic engineering structures
Technical expertise in the field of hydropower stations or underground construction
A strong understanding of legal, financial and contractual matters for the holistic management of projects
A decisive, entrepreneurial leader with the ability to empower staff and develop high-performing teams
Very good command of Italian and English, as well as a good command of at least one other national language
Willingness to undertake short business trips within Switzerland and abroad
