Develop and implement process improvements to optimize storage, picking, and shipping efficiency.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality requirements.

Manage and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits.

Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams and manage logistics service providers.

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder kaufmännisch (z. B. Logistiker/in EFZ, Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ).

Weiterbildung in Logistik/Transportmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaft (z. B. dipl. Logistikleiter/in, MAS in Supply Chain Management).

Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams im Lager- oder Logistikbereich.

Staplerschein vorhanden.

Gute Kenntnisse von ISO-Standards und Qualitätsmanagement.

Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) und MS Office.

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
